On some of my rainy days, I have been busy with some interior work redecorating an apartment with some color and phrases. One down, 2 to go. Here’s a small detail until I have photos of the finished place with all the walls finished.
Cocktail Bodega mural in progress….
I’ve been busy working on some mural work both indoors and outdoors. This one is for Cocktail Bodega on the corner of Stanton and Chrystie which I have been giving them some excitement on their construction site. Dealing with rain is making finishing up the last part a gamble but the main 2 walls are finished so here are some progress pictures until its out of the way.
For some blog coverage, check out this link for more info on the project

CENTRAL PARK
The final piece from my trip-tych based on the creep population that exists in this beautiful oasis smack in the middle of NYC. If you haven’t seen all of these people, you haven’t been deep enough. Even Kevin McCallister couldn’t escape the dark wrath of the park.

TIMES SQUARE
This is the second panel in the trip-tych series, playing on the over-saturation of consumerism and everything that NYC tries to cover up from still having a part of this tourist hell-hole.

CONEY ISLAND
This was the first panel from a triptych series I recently showed at the Ordinary People art show. The basis of this series was capturing the realities versus the imaginative fantasies of these staple landmarks of New York City. It is painted in acryclic, enamel, and screen print on 18″x24″ wood panel.

For the homies!
